Glittering Kindgom released their music video cover of Leonard Cohen’s The Future at the Railway Club on Jan 19th. They played a set and showed the video as part of an event organized by the Creaking Planks who were celebrating their 9th anniversary. It was an all round celebratory event. Clara Shandler, The Sidewalk Cellist, rocked the closing set to round out an epic evening. Now, after having a proper launch (and then some) the video is available online. It was a labour of love and we were blessed with help from our wonderful friends. It took a community, and some serious horseshoes with the weather, to make it happen.
The Glittering Kingdom video for Leonard Cohen’s “The Future” is now in the final final stages of editing. Come and witness the unveiling on January 19th at the Railway Club. GK is teaming up that night with the Creaking Planks for an extravaganza, Creaking Planks’ 9th Anniversary and Glittering Kingdom Video Release.
