Affordable Flow Yoga Jan 5 – Apr 20, 7:00 – 8:30pm at Mount Pleasant Community Centre. Session registration is available online. Drop ins $10 (space permitting).
During the summer months you can find Katheryn subbing now and again for Solomon’s Dude Chilling Park Yoga Series, 10am and 6pm everyday by donation. Also throughout the year Katheryn subs intermittently for Just Yoga.
